except transfers. and Skrill account is a money booker service just like
paypal. both are payment gateways but serviceability differs.

They talk about PAN card. Should I try to get PAN card first? Is PAN

you can even trade world wide. First register to paypal.com then add your
SBI account with your paypal account.
Don't know about skrill account.

Can anyone tell me what paypal and skrill accounts are? and how can I
have one myself?
While registering with a freelance job offering website I came across
three money transaction methods. They were
credit card
paypal account
skrill account
As I was hearing the last two terms for the first time, I stopped my
registration there.
If anyone could throw light on this it will be a grate help. If
possible tell me about freelance job offering websites.
