sorry, what is a signature guide?? where is it available?? some details please.
and i think its only fair to get the person who brings the document to
read it to u at least the relevant bits before u sign, if u dont have
any1 else more trust worthy around. usually in matters of a serious
nature, they do allow u to take it home and give it a day for u to go
through it and sign. its very rarely at gun point where u have to sign
immediately. so it shouldn't be so much of a problem.
of course making a xerox coppy after u sign the document is also
equally important for any future reference, or in case of any
discrepancy between 2 parties.
at leasst for property related issues, they always give u enough time
to go through it at your own pace.
