Friends, thanks very much for all your suggestions. I follow this
process to scan the document:
when the document is scanned and it is read automatically by fine
reader,  I go to "result submenu" by alt f+e+a, or, alt f+e+w for
sending result to PDF OR word format respectively.
Then i save the document and reopen it for proper reading. But nothing
is working in this case... However, I will soon maike the document
read through NVDA as well and let you know...
