Friends,
many thanks for all your suggestions.
My special thanks to our list member Mr. Ajay Minocha who sent me the
self-created user guide for proper scanning. Sollution of My problem
was inside Tools/setting/scan/open tab,and document tab, where many
of the options were not in conformity with the ideal ones which is
suggested in this document...
For the use of all, I am pasting here the guide.

Hello friends,

I wrote this email to one of my friends.
It has been typed in very fiew minutes so please excuse me for any typing/
gramaticle errors. you should do following things before converting
the book. this mail
is divided in 3 parts. you can save it as a word document because it is
a tutorial on scanning.
firstly, tweeking the settings.
 1. open find reader by pressing enter on it's icon on the desktop.
2. if it shows untitaled document- ABBYY find reader then it's ok.
3. but if it shows something like a dialog box where you get options
like scan to Microsoft word by pressing tab then, keep on pressing tab
until you get "show this at startup checkbox checked" just uncheck it.
Note: it is easy to work on it afterwords.
4. if it shows untitaled document then skip step 3. now press alt key
and locate tools menue by pressing right erro.
5. now, press down erro and locate options and press enter.
6. press control + tab and keep on doing it until u get scan/ open tab.
here press tab again and look for some radio butten which can say
"automatically read acquired images radio butten checked" here press
down erro until u get "do not read and analyse acquired images radio
butten". check it by pressing space bar if it is unchecked.
7. now locate ok butten by pressing tab and hit enter on it.
8. now again go to tools\ options and keep on pressing control tab
until u get documents tab. here by tabbing once if you get save tab
then start tabbing and do the following.
-in first option something like editable copy.
- in 2nd option automatic.
- in 3rd option keep headers and footers checkbox checked.
- 4th option keep page breaks checkbox checked.
- 5th option, keep line breaks checkbox checked.
- 6th option keep line numbers check box checked.
- 7th option, retain text and background colours checkbox checked.
- 8th option, 150 DPI.
- 9th option, keep pictures checkbox not checked.
- 10th option, highlight uncertain characters checkbox not checked.
- 11th option, enable compatibility with other word processers
checkbox not checked.
- press ok.
now your find reader is at optimum recognition quality.
now scanning.
1. for scanning you will have to press control + k and then choose a
scanner which doesn't have the word twain in it.
2. then a dialog box will come. set type to gray scale ( you can also
set colour if you just want to scan a photo and don't need OCR).
I am asking grey scale because it is the ideal option for OCR.
if OCR is not required then colour can also be set. and resolution
to 300. if you want to scan multiple pages then press enter on
multipage scanning butten.
now locate scan by tabbing and hit enter for scanning your first page.
if you have pressed enter on multipage scanning butten previously
then, it will show the same dialog box.
you can change the page on the scanner and press enter on scan butten again.
it becomes very easy to scan after all this one time pane.
just the matter of pressing space bar.
3. if you want to open any existing PDF then instead of scanning,
press alt key and choose open pdf file/ image from the menue and hit
enter on it.
then, locate the file in the resulting dialog box and hit enter.
it will show some percentage and after that it will show up a list of pages.
Note: it may take a lot of time for opening a 735 page pdf file. so be patient.
now saving. if you have either scanned or opened any existing pdf then
you may want to make singal page pdf files out of it.
for that, do the following.
1. firstly go to run and open d drive or any drive and make a new
folder in it. name the folder as the name of the book for easily
locating those lots and lots of pages. try making this folder in d
drive itself.
steps:
1. press alt and bring file menu.
2. locate save images... and hit enter.
here a dialog box will come. give the file name as you know, press tab
and choose pdf from the save as type combo box.
3. tab until u get save as multipage image file checkbox checked. it
must be unchecked for making a singal pdf file for each page.
Note: If you want to do it vice versa (making a singal PDF file from a
lot of singal page files) then check this checkbox.
You can easily open already scannned singal page PDF or JPEG files
then go to save images and in the save file dialog box check this
(save as multi page) option.
4. for location, specify the folder which we made in the d drive in above step.
5. finally, hit enter on ok butten. it will take a lot of time when
the percentage stoppes, it means that your files have been saved
successfully.
close the find reader. if it asks do you want to save changes to the
untitaled document? here you will have to press enter on no butten
because PDF is already there with us.

now, converting becomes a cake walk.
1. locate the folder in wwhich you have saved the files.
2. after opening it, locate the 101st file or 51st and press control + shift +
home to select all the files above it.
Note: I am asking so because we should convert just 50 or at max 100
pages in one go because it takes too much system resources if you will
try converting more than that, system may hang.
3. press application key and locate ABBYY find reader sub menue. after
that open it by presing right erro and hit enter on convert to word
document.
it will show some percentages. it will do this percentage thing
for 3 times.
finally, it will automatically open a word document with the text
written in the PDF.
bingo!!!! you are done!!!
repete the procedure for all the other files. but before converting
those files, delete the files which you have selected and converted
already. means file 1st to file 101st.
if you follow this procedure, you can become a fully trained
scanner!!!! that too on any computer!!!
