Hi Sir, American Express allows one to apply online in case of personal cards. Mine is corporate, so I have to necessarily apply in paper form due to Seal etc. Also the problem is that I don't have even a single document containing my signature.
Merchants anyways hardly bother in matching the signature and stuff. I have written to Mr. Baidwan (the Country Head of Consumer Card Business) along with Mr. Adlakha (VP and Country Head of Global Payments) and Mr. Ashwini Gupta (the President and Chief Risk Officer). But looks like nobody has even read the email. I even posted on their wall, but no luck. Trying to get hold of the numbers, lets see. I wish this issue resolves here itself. Regards, -- Amar Jain.
