Should the RPD Bill speak of it or should it not be a fake certificate under the Indian Penal Code?

Many claim to be orthopedically disabled whose only one finger is marginally affected.... I have not many hundred percent orthopedically disabled occupying class i jobs or doing well.

How to catch and punish fakers?
What does bill say about it?

We have to catch these people (who fake disability) and get them severely punished.

Only that would deter people from faking disability.

Hi Bhiwani,
I just changed your subject line.
1. I have been told many times that on the basis of fake Disability
certificates, many get jobs. The information that comes to me is very
general and not specific. No one can point out who specifically
a. Has a certificate of higher disability
b. Has a certificate when he is not disabled

2. I know for sure that this is happening just like you know it but please
give me one name and if possible address then someone can take it up.
3. In Mumbai there was a small scam where BEST drivers were found to be low
visioned. This was found from an internal inquiry. None of the NGOS
complained. It was reported in the press but no one not even the
organisations who work for the visuallly impaired lodged their protest or
commented about it. I think I posted this on this list.
4. There was another newspaper article which mentioned that in 2 districts
in Maharashtra most of the government teachers did not want to get
transferred so they used the excuse that they were either partially deaf or
partially blind. This is again newspaper reporting. What happened next?
5. I have also read about students claiming to be orthopedically disabled in
Gujrat and once caught were disbarred from exams.
6. there is a similar story from Karnataka.
7. One of the access india members from Delhi told me last year that while
he was giving bank recruitment exams many at his centre were not disabled
but had fake certificates. Did he call the NFB, NAB or AICB I dont know. 8. You are aware that we are fighting this omnibus litigation in Maharashtra in which we have been getting great orders. There is the issue of recruitments
that took place in 2006. I can tell you surely that the government is not
taking up that issue nor is any of the NGOs or their lawyers bringing it up
though I have put it in Suhas Karnik's affidavit. Is it too late? What
should we have done then? Is it more or less important than Nileema Surve's appointment and the giving of gadets etc which caught the attention of the
court and diverted it from these issues.
Now lets discuss how we can deal with these situations. Can we prevent
them. Are we going to complain to the authorities.
Whose responsibility is it ?

ok moderator sir and mr. abidi sir.
lets discuss in constructive way as everyone wish.
people who support this bill to be passed in present version please
explain us the following.
what will be the benifits just by recognising us as disabled people
then denying jobs using the loopholes in this law?
people will simply recognise us as disabled if we use sticks or
hearing machines or wheel chairs or if we behave differently.
certificates are for ensuring that nondisabled wont get the benifits
we get due to disability.
if this law gives loopholes to exempt us from reservation if any legal
reason can be invented, then what we will gain by getting nation wide
certificate and guardian?
i'm ignorant and couldn't understand these. please explain me in what
way, this bill is better and why some of you want very urgently to be
passed?
a good explanation will make this discussion to be much fruitful and
healthy as everyone wish.

Dear Radha! I can understand your situation. A person who goes from
the same only can understand the situation. But, there are some people
who doesn't matter from which situation you go or not. If they get
comfort, then its ok. Dear, our countless thanks are also insufficient
for Avinash & his team. & also Poonam. Who spent their night without
sleepless. My dear, Really, just because of you, we can sleep. Am I?

Dear Poonam! hardly I can understand your highly decoreted language.
Smile! Please! don't take it other wice. I know its my fault, but, I
want to tell you, & Avinash! don't worry! you will never get an answer
from Moderator. In fact, he will take further step, which we all know
what . &, for that, we never ever care.

Let me tell you one more thing, guest hai to khatirdaari to karnee hee
pade gee naa? Samjho samjho yaar.

Now, my question for those, who are again & again saying that people
are using abusing language against Abidi, just show me a one sentence.
As poonam said, nothing is objectionable on these mails. In fact, this
is rediculous, that, he puts remark for Rungtha like (Advocate), then,
none has taken objection about him, but, when people talk to him, then
many people are raising their voice to say that, don't use abusive
language.

Yes poonam! ye to sidhi sidhi baat hai my dear, we always call Mr.
Abidi, (so called activest), &, therefore, he puts remark for Rungtha,
like (Advocate). May I? Mr. Abidi? But, I would like to tell you, that
you deserve that much only. I can again & again say we never ever
think, that, our future will be safe under your leadership. &, yes!
If you all think, that, we should not talk anythink for the guest, Mr.
Abidi, then, No abusive, or bius language for Avinash & his other
team. Especially for Avinash. At once also, when he raised the point
about charges, all had trying to prove wrong him, but, this time we
all cannot tollerate it.

Mr. Abidi, he says sorry to you, not just to show his artificial
politeness, but, it comes from the heart, & somehow, he may realised,
that, he should have control his anger. But, you or some other people,
never even show this kind of politeness.

Sorry! I can't be artificial polite.

Dear Kanchan Madam, I am very sorry, my point is not to disapoint you,
but, I had always got a positive response from NFB rather than NAB, &
therefore I said like this. Please don't take it other wice.

Dear/Respected Moderator, if you want to remove me from this list,
kindly inform me 1st. But, I can never tollerate any wrong words
against Mr. Rungtha, &, ask to Mr. abidi to clarrify, how bill has got
mixed up?

Why do you laugh on ND TV? Just because, moderator doesn't give chance
to Mr. Rungtha to clear his stand? You can do that much only. That's
why we can call you anti visually impaired.

Thanks.
