I don't agree with 1. You have to give the name and details of your scribe before the exam. Hardly any examining body allows you to get a scribe at the last minute. This is also for your own safety-in case someone rejects it. You were aware of your exams and should have a few friends as backup. 2. You must ask them in a polite letter and email about the extra time and the accessible question papers. Then go to the CCPD. 3. What do you mean by an accessible venue for the visually challenged? This is normally very important for the physically challenged. Please explain in detail. Also if there is only one venue in Delhi for such exams then unlikely that they will make any special change for you. What you must get is a quiet place away from other examinees where no one overhears the dictation to your scribe. I hope you have studied well and are concentrating on your syllabus now.
