Shadab Bhaiya, You are raising precisely the point which I wanted people to come out with. I simply can't understand, what is it that the cane has got to do with impression?
I don't like to use it because its bulky, my hands pain, and I don't like roaming on roads like this and figuring out whom to ask if I need help putting my hands up or something of that sort. I am very happy to take people's assistance for the overall purpose than finding that someone in the middle wherever I need assistance. I have seen both situations. I also have good and bad impression for users of canes, as some users are extremely smart in carrying themselves with cane, and people also have good and bad impressions of users like me who never use cane as some think that I am completely dependent and some think otherwise.
