Hello Vikas and Pooja I am a HDFC credit card user for past couple of years. As per the RBI codes of customer service, certain banking facilities including credit card facility cannot be denied merely on the grounds of visual impairment.
Vikas, which branch you are working in UBI? Which regional office did you approach for credit card facility?
