Hi Vikas, There seems to be some confusion. In your earlier email you said that you have a written response.
Anyways, I have spoken with your branch, and basically the written response what you were mentioning earlier, is not given to you. It is the internal letter to the branch, wherein the cards division has rejected your application on the thumb impression and disability ground. The letter reference no. is tbdccd2240 dated 27/10/14. Your application has been re-sent with the guidelines, and hopefully it should be processed. Please keep a track of your application through the acknowledgement number which you may have received when you would have applied for the card. If it gets rejected, then first write to the redressal officer of the cards division, the details of whom will be available in the grievance redressal policy of the bank, which can be checked on their website. The Bengaluru company which you are referring too is nothing but the cards division of your bank, which takes care of all card related issues. Get in touch should you need further help.
