Hi, I am working for wipro technologies. I do my job on time and there is no problem with my productivity as well. I am just not comfortable with my shifts. I discussed my problem with my manager while joining the project and requested them in not to give me rotational shifts to which they agreed at first but later they used that as a reason for not giving me good rating so I had to work according to there shift plans. I work as much as anyone else in the team. However, I find it difficult to explain my problem to my teammates. I am looking for a project where I can get to work in normal working hours. The management is not ready to release me. I just want to know if I have made any undue requests by asking them to consider my case and not put me in rotational shifts. Are organizations like mine supposed to consider the problem I am facing? Should I expect that I would get any cooperation from there end?
