This project is US based and demands shifts. It's for everyone in team. I am finding it difficult to adjust because of my health issue. As my problem is progressive I need to maintain a fixed routine and that's the reason I want to move to a project which offers general and fixed shifts. Management is creating problems with releasing me from my current project.
