When I approached the bank and submitted a request for facilities such as debit/ATM card and internet banking, the manager of that particular branch told me that she will not be able to grant me these facilities on account of my disability and that the bank has not granted such facilities to any vision impaired person so far. Even after repeated requests and the explanation regarding the availability of the RBI circulars in place, she firmly denys to oblige my request. I request members to guide me in dealing with this matter and obtaining ATM card and access to internet banking along with providing the recent RBI circular/guidelines for obtaining these services. It would be great if the banking circulars could be send to my personal email id which is [email protected] Your expert guidance is highly appreciated.
