Mohib, today morning I phoned them both & enquired about their concession certificate they both had gone to NFB delhi on 10th February 2015 & had got done new concession certificate according to new proforma, DRM office people are not accepting the old proforma when I had gone first time with my old concession certificate in the month of January 2015 they refused me & told me to get new concession certificate & gave me the new proforma then on 15th February 2015 I went to NFB delhi & got done new concession certificate, my old concession certificate expiry was on 2017.
