Vivek, then how come they have given the electronic card's validity
upto Jan 2016 if the original consession is valid for another 5 years?
He could have shown them clause number 8 of this circular which is
evident about the validity of electronic card to be 5 years from the
date of its issue or upto the last validity of the railway consession
which ever is earlier.
