first of all: where do you license the 4D WebExtension for a 4D Runtime VL?
The technical stuff:
Inside your package you will find a folder "database". There you put
your "web" and "Active4D" folder. Once you started your app, 4D will
create a "web_decoy" outside your package and use the "web" folder
inside the <package>/database/web.
