Is it possible to use both the 4D tag system AND Active4D, or am I
going to need to convert all the 4D TAG interface to Active4D?
Yes, you can combine 4D tags and Active4D. How you do it depends on
your needs. If the 4D tag pages will always be separate from A4D
pages, you can put them in the "web decoy" folder with an .shtml
filename suffix. Thus they will be parsed by 4D and never interact
with A4D.
If you need to mix 4D tags and Active4D, use .a4d for the filename
and use the 4D 2003 section of code in my On Web Connection shell,
and comment out the lines:
If ($contentType="text/html")
A4D STRIP 4D TAGS (A4D_Response)
End if
