Where are you clicking on the server you want to control, what are you clicking, and what are you expecting?

I have reinstalled and uninstalled and then reinstalled and nothing changed ...

stopped working :

when I click on the server that I would like to control I am getting this error:

Have you considered reinstalling it? You’ll hav to explain what “stopped working” means.

I was using this tool from the windows 2003 server adminpak on my windows xp pro computer to remote control my servers in my domain and One day just stopped working. does any one know what is wrong or am I out of luck?? any help or guidance on this issue???
