From a fellow Lotus Notes user, have pity on the poor guy. Notes
doesn't run like an email client because it's "GroupWare" which is a
code word for 500MB email client with lousy features. It's only positive
feature is that nobody's managed to write a virus that exploits it.
You can't easily delete parts of a message because Notes treats the
original message as a block.
Renard, ask your mail administrators if you can upgrade to Notes 6.x
which include features that Bill would take for granted.
Bill is tough, but in a good way. He reminds me of my fourth grade
teacher. She enforced the classroom standards equally. Everyone toed the
line. She grabbed you by the short hairs and yanked until you did. She
never let me slide on anything, but I tried, oh yes, I tried. Grin. I
give her tons of credit for helping to whip me into shape. At the time I
hated her guts, but with adult perspective, I admire her now.
