My father was my 3rd and 4th grade teacher. He used to yank the hairs right behind your ear when you were screwing up in class. My 5th/6th grade teacher liked to snap a pencil on your ear when you were screwing around or bop you on the top of the head with it. My 7th/8th grade teacher actually took a map pointer and whipped the crap out of a kid with it and that same kid sings his praises to this day (saw him at my last HS reunion). Our school was his last chance after being kicked out of two public schools. -- ,-/- __ _ _ $Bill Luebkert Mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (_/ / ) // // DBE Collectibles Mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] / ) /--< o // // Castle of Medieval Myth & Magic http://www.todbe.com/ -/-' /___/_<_</_</_ http://dbecoll.tripod.com/ (My Perl/Lakers stuff) _______________________________________________ ActivePerl mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
