Dear Gurus, I would like to thank all of you for your suggestions. Currently I have downloaded most of the free packages suggested in this forum and I am testing those. I would like to thank all of them who have suggested me paid-IDEs also, but since we are going to use IDE for a team of 12 programmers, we can Not invest in 10-12 licenses and hence I prefer 'Free of Cost' IDE.

I have used Eclipse for about 3 years now...it is an excellent product and the libraries of plugins that are available is astounding. Also, I think the E-P-I-C plugin now has an integrated debugger, but I've never used it...
