Although we currently are in the process of updating our policy to meet new systemwide requirements, the first link below is to the main website and the second link is to our current policy. Our Risk Management Office is the primary unit responsible for our State Vehicle Driver Program. The current policy makes reference to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Employer Pull Notice Program that has now been replaced with their Virtual Private Network (VPN) Program which I've defined below. All individuals who drive on University/State business are required to register with our Driver Program. The Risk Management Ofc. obtains their driving record through the DMV VPN program.

The DMV collects/provides vehicle registration and driver license data. Data includes violation types and suspension effective dates, if applicable. I hope this provides some assistance.
