Yes we do - however, I am in the process of reviewing the policy/procedures and 
converting them to our new template.  I will be happy to send once completed, 
but by then you probably won't need them anymore :)  Ours follow state 
regulations since we are a public institution.

licenses for employees who drive state vehicles? We are looking for information
