Meg: Ohio State doesn't have a university-wide Infectious Disease Policy. We have these related policies:
Disaster Preparedness and University State of Emergency, http://hr.osu.edu/public/documents/policy/policy617.pdf , which allows the university to tell folks they can't come to campus (see guiding principles "E" on page 2). This week or next we're issuing requirements related to the Ebola Virus Disease. I can send you those, but they haven't been officially approved yet, so I'm not comfortable sending them out to the whole list-serv...let me know if you want the document. And in case it is helpful, I've attached our "pandemic plan" that gets refreshed every couple of years. It is not yet updated on the web. -Eunice From: Armstrong, Robert Sent: Wednesday, October 29, 2014 7:55 AM To: Hornsby, Eunice Subject: RE: [acupa-l] Infectious Disease Policy I am ok with you sharing it with the list-serv. I just don't want it to be released to all OSU students, faculty and staff. It isn't "confidential", but until it is no longer in "draft" form, I am not posting it on my website.
