Hi,

The University of New Mexico has a Catastrophic Leave
Policy<http://policy.unm.edu/university-policies/3000/3430.html> which, under
certain circumstances, allows staff employees who have exhausted their leave to
use a bank of annual leave hours donated by other staff employees.

Best,
Pamina

Subject: [acupa-l] Sick Leave Bank Policy

Hi everybody,

Do any institutions out there have a policy concerning a institutional wide or
contractual Sick Leave Bank that an individual with a major illness could dip
into when their personal leave time has been expended? A colleague was
inquiring and I thought I would put it out there to the ACUPA group for
feedback..

Thanks as always!
