Hi, Heather,

At the University of New Mexico, our
discrimination<http://policy.unm.edu/university-policies/2000/2720.html> policy
is separate from our sexual
harassment<http://policy.unm.edu/university-policies/2000/2730.html> policy.
This week we issued an oversized policy on sexual violence and sexual
misconduct<http://policy.unm.edu/university-policies/2000/2740.html> that
complies with VAWA/Dear Colleague/Title IX requirements and guidance; there has
been discussion about incorporating the sexual harassment policy into it at a
later date.

Best,
Pamina

Subject: [acupa-l] Discrimination and Sexual Harassment - combined or separate?

Hello,

UTSA currently addresses both discrimination & sexual harassment in the same
policy. There is some interest in separating the two. If you don't mind sharing
I'd love to know what others are doing. Are we behind the times by not already
having two?

Thanks,
Heather
