We also have a separate Sexual Harassment policy which is currently being revised and covers sex- and gender-based discrimination. We are almost nine months into a Title IX Resolution Agreement with the Office for Civil Rights and we're currently revising our Sexual Harassment policy to be a unified policy addressing sex- and gender-based discrimination for both students and employees. This revised policy will become Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, and Relationship Violence.
