Hi Pam, For the past few policies we have started using Adobe eSign, aka Adobe Send for Signature<https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/products/send-for-signature.html>. It's speeded up the process considerably. But like your situation, the higher a policy goes for approval, the more the process slows down because those folks are so busy and so often gone. But if they have email access, they can get to it from anywhere. Well worth the huge price of $1.99/month for me to have it. The people on the distribution for signatures don't have to pay or have any special application.
