Hi Pam,

For the past few policies we have started using Adobe eSign, aka Adobe Send for 
Signature<https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/products/send-for-signature.html>. It's 
speeded up the process considerably. But like your situation, the higher a 
policy goes for approval, the more the process slows down because those folks 
are so busy and so often gone. But if they have email access, they can get to 
it from anywhere. Well worth the huge price of $1.99/month for me to have it. 
The people on the distribution for signatures don't have to pay or have any 
special application.

Policy Review Process
Hello Everyone,
We have been encountering significant delays in moving policies through the 
final review stage of our policy process.  The process seems to break down at 
the point when a policy is sent to legal or other high level reviewers (i.e., 
vice presidents).
What solutions, practices, or strategies do you use to obtain timely responses 
from high level reviewers?
I appreciate your thoughts and time on this.
