Hi Fellow ACUPA members, Does your institution have a policy that addresses a department's right to photograph an employee, then post it on a department website?
This question came my way. While I think the practice is meant to be a positive, promotional one with regard to the person being photographed, posting a photo against their will could be viewed as some type of violation.
