Our controls standards for children's programs requires that the program identify off limit areas based on their location and communicate those areas to the children, volunteers, and staff.

My initial search does not find policies posted by universities or colleges on this topic, but I do see a number sites describing lawsuits against municipalities who have established child safety zone ordinances. Does anyone have a child safety zone policy? If so, has it been challenged? Thanks for your assistance!
