Subject: RE: [acupa-l] Child Safety Zones

Our controls standards for children¹s programs requires that the program
identify off limit areas based on their location and communicate those areas
to the children, volunteers, and staff.

Subject: [acupa-l] Child Safety Zones

Hello, everyone,

We have received a suggestion that we draft a policy identifying child
safety zones for the University. My initial search does not find policies
posted by universities or colleges on this topic, but I do see a number
sites describing lawsuits against municipalities who have established child
safety zone ordinances. Does anyone have a child safety zone policy? If
so, has it been challenged? Thanks for your assistance!
