Tinu, We have a central glossary that is used for terms that are defined the same no matter what policy they're in. Each policy also has a definition section, at the top of which it states: "All defined terms are capitalized throughout the document. Additional defined terms may be found in the central Policy Glossary<http://www.purdue.edu/policies/glossary.html>."
