Hi Meredith,

I send a campuswide email to all faculty and staff notifying them of approved 
new or revised policies.  In my email I include the name and contact 
information of the policy's designated Responsible Officer so if they have 
questions about the policy, they can direct them directly to the Responsible 
Officer.  It is up to the Responsible Officer to implement the policy and 
provide additional information as necessary.
