Hi Meredith, We send out a U-wide announcement that the policy is under review. We have an opt-in e-newsletter that goes out to about 1000 people. We have two sections on our Policy home page for announcements: policies under 30-day review and policies recently revised. If the changes are significant, the history at the bottom of the policy also reflects the nature of the changes.
