Depending on the extent of revisions, our policy may be posted for campus 
comment/feedback or simple notification of revision. The notification process 
is the same for both. The policy is posted on our website. We send an email to 
a comprehensive list and include notification in our semi-weekly all-campus 
e-newsletter. The email, e-newsletter and policy itself include a summary of 
changes made. If individuals have questions regarding the changes, they are 
directed to contact the responsible office for clarification. If there are new 
training requirements due to the changes, the responsible office is in charge 
of providing necessary training opportunities and information.
