Tinu,

We have a policy here: http://www.purdue.edu/policies/ethics/iiia4.html. I
believe it was recommended by our internal audit that we have a policy and not
just posted information.

Subject: [acupa-l] Whistleblower Policy?

Hi all,
We are considering revisions to our Protection for Reporting Improper
Government Activities policy which is a restatement of protection from
retaliation under North Carolina law. I am interested in knowing if other
universities have a separate Whistleblower Protection policy or simply provide
employees with access to information regarding retaliation protections under
applicable state or federal law.
Thanks,
Tinu
