Don't be so rhetoric to name the tribal occupying position. Shoe punches  him who wears. Dare to reach there instead of naming & blaming. Learn to respect who are at work. It is easy to name and blame. This is not feat to blame. May be that they are of average calibre. What you are doing? What is your status to point out  finger   on them.
