Best place to start in Ontario is with http://www.gov.on.ca/MBS/english/mbs/ Feds and other provinces have different souces. The MBS is the largest landlord/realestate operator in Canada. But, a very very tough nut to crack. Someone will need to get to know someone on a personal level, its how they work.
