It's still in beta stage and the site starts with: "The RealStream Andromeda is a digital capture system designed to be installed on a variety of digital video cameras" A few other things they write do make sense, the output of video-camcorders isn't the best, because that output has to be compatible with ancient technology: NTSC and PAL television. When it comes to improving the quality of video-recording, personally I see a big future for the new videocamera's that are based on digital photocamera technology. Many digital still camera's are already able to record video as well, and for example Pentax just released a camera that is going a few steps further than just having a video recording option, the OptioMX4. It only costs $/EUR 500. Rieni Yahoo!
