Subject: [AP] [OT] NTSC, PAL & Computer Video

I am producing DVD's about model trains (we're in the US) and some of my
  customers are in Europe.
A customer from England and South Africa didn't question the format?
Does NTSC become a NON ISSUE if it's played from a computer?

  Am I over thinking this?

----It's not that you are over thinking the issue, it's that DVD players AND
DVD-ROM drive "DVD player" software are both starting to include multi-system
capability.
Even my 49 dollar APEX player can play both NTSC and PAL which surprised the
hell outta me.
