Depends on how much you want to age your video. You might start by desaturating the color. Then if you add a light brown tint to it (we call it sepia tone) that could age it as well. If you've got a Canopus card, there is an "Old Film" filter that adds scratches, jumpiness and other effects to increase the aging effect.
