Assuming Pro uses the Main Concept MPEG encoder as does 6.5, I felt the
same way and have since done enough tests to convince myself and others
that Procoder Express from Canopus does a much better job with motion. I
believe they have a trial version available, but the price is quite
reasonable, particularly if you have need of a format converter. Procoder
will change just about anything into anything else and do a good job of it.
It functions both as a plug in and stand alone.

Hi,

I have been getting very poor result from the "export to DVD" fonction
of Premiere Pro. I have chosen what seems to be the highest settings
7Mb and 2 pass. But it still looks blocky on the TV screen when rapid
movement of the camera. Any suggestions? Thanks!
