My experience is that PPro 2 won't make chapter points for an autoplay DVD, regardless of what kind of marker is used and regardless of whether any information is entered in the marker dialog box.
My only workaround right now is to make a note of the timecodes for each chapter point, export the video as a movie (avi format), then import that avi file into PPro 1.5 or Encore DVD, enter the sequence markers again, and burn the DVD. Being able to make an autoplay DVD with chapter points is a basic and important function to me. I'm negatively impressed with Adobe that it's no longer working (along with the "maximize bit rate" encoding option), and can only hope that they'll be customer-friendly enough to issue an update.
