Someone has mentioned here hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse to drag the
dissolve transition to the clip. It will then fade to black

Hi group!
I have several video tracks in my sequence and I'd like for all of them to
dip to black from time to time (as a transition between segments).
The approach I am currently using is far from effective I think. I add a few
seconds of black video on a seperate video track and then I fade in and fade
out at the start and at the end of the short clip. This is not very precise.
Isn't there a better way to do this?
