I looked thru some feedback from other sites. Some users did mention the Taiyo Yuden disc inkjet huh printable DVD the hub area show a transparent white so the printout is not consistent throughout the disc. Do you experience the same issue? On the DVD authoring forum at Creative Cow, the Taiyo Yuden discs seem to be the prefered medium of choice. They are supposed to be the best discs on the market, and most people there seem to use them. I'm going to order a few hundred of them & use them on my next run.
