Dear Taky & Glen
First, I wanna say I'm sorry if my english is not good. I'm from
Indonesia...

To inserting a keyframe at the timeline, first you must enter "P" as
a shortcut for "pick tool". after that, at the timeline, you click
CTRL + left click on ur mouse to put a keyframe at timeline. Then
adjust them. To remove that keyframe you only have to enter backspace
or delete after you pick a keyframe that u want to delete...
