Jeff...Thanks a million...3 chip camera? Hmmm, I'll have to look
into what that is. YES INDEED, I've certainly heard that lighting
and camera skills makes all the difference, and that is MOST
important. What do you recommend for good facial skin tones in
sickly lit flourescent tube-lit office spaces, which plays havoc on
skin tones? Some kind of "umbrella lighting" like photographers use?

Does "Elements" give the ability work with all the great file
formats (unlike Win Movie Maker which severely limits me). I'm sick
of not being able to import or export ANY kind of video file format
I want to, and playing the "conversion game". Will "Elements" solve
that problem for me?

Also, what about audio? Will I be able to use my high-end outboard
audio gear and mix in audio separately and sync to the video? Was I
correct in assuming that's what the "pros" do?

I've also downloaded the free trial of the "ULEAD" product, but it
looks sort of "toyish", is that suitable for what I need to do, or
is "Elements" a better bet?

Thanks!
Steve
