I think you have the temporary folder limited to a specific amount of Kb. Or the whole hard disk has not enought space to put the temporary files that are used to burn a CD. Try to delete all files in c:\windows\temp and in c:\documents and setting\'youser'\local configuration\temp internet files\ (usually they are not necesary to exist)
