Hmm Thank you very much, I believe this too be true, but we must use 
two diffrent version of this program, I have no Scaling viddeo 
effect. and if I right click the video in the timeline it does not 
say scale to project size. I use Premiere Pro v7, Maybe I doing 
something wrong but nonetheless thank you very much for your help.
