There is a tutorial on there (one of the last ones) on how to create an 
old film look.  There are files you can download, and one of them is a 
clip of old film grain.  Depending on how fancy you want to get, you 
can just drop that in your timeline over some footage, give the footage 
a sepia tone, and it starts to look pretty good.  take a look at the 
tutorial... it's free.
